Before choosing the name of your project, check on the internet that it doesn’t already exist. At the same time, check that you aren’t re-creating a project that someone has already done using the same technology as your project.

Students from Masters of Sciences can enter for :

HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1 : You provide the following information by email

• Class
• Course
• First names and surnames of the students participating in the project
• First name and surname of the student in charge on the presentation
• Title of the project
• A three line description of the project
• Name of your tutor

Material information

• Network connexion : Yes [] No []
• Number of plug sockets (maximum of three) :
• Computer station and scientific material: be near to your lab technician.
• For any special request outside scientific equipment send an email to christine.cevaer@esiee.fr or address to the office 154 within a maximum of 7 days before the JdP

1 table and 2 chairs will be available.

You create your poster

Step 2 : You create your poster

An A0 poster must be created that contains the following information:

• Title of the project
• The objectives and work completed (or to be completed)
• Name, surname, promotion, course
• The logo of ESIEE Paris and CCIR

Technical specifics(without respecting the technical specifics the poster will not be printed)

• A0 format (you can submit an A4 poster that will be printed in A0)
• A powerpoint document or a PDF smaller than 5 Mo
• No background colour
• The posters must be final and ready for printing. No adjustments will be made. Model of a poster HERE

 Your poster will be sent validation at the following address  jourdesprojets@esiee.fr  until 19th June at 12 pm

You must use the model of the poster mentioned above, without these elements, the poster will not be printed !!

Vous validez votre participation au Jour des Projets en 2 étapes

• Pour toute demande particulière hors matériel scientifique envoyer un mail à christine.cevaer@esiee.fr ou adressez-vous au bureau 154 dans un délai de 7 jours maximum avant le JdP.

(obligatoire pour le JdP et noté par le jury)

Etape 2 : Vous créez votre poster

Un poster A0 devra obligatoirement être réalisé mentionnant les informations suivantes :

• Titre du projet
• Son/ses objectifs et travail réalisé (ou à réaliser)
• Nom, prénom, promotion, filière
• Logo ESIEE Paris + CCIR

Spécificités techniques (sans respect de ces spécificités le poster ne sera pas imprimé)

• • Format A0 (vous pouvez transmettre un A4 qui sera imprimé en A0)
  • Fichier PowerPoint ou pdf < à 5 Mo
  • Pas de fond en couleur

Les posters doivent être finalisés et prêts à l’impression. Aucune retouche ne sera faite !!  Utilisez impérativement la matrice du poster ICI/Eléments graphiques Jour des Projets.

Vos posters seront à envoyer pour validation avant impression à jourdesprojets@esiee.fr jusqu’au 19 juin 12 h. 
Tout poster non conforme sera refusé
